Do I have to pay something to request a refund?

Returns are free.

In the cases of return by exercise of the right of withdrawal (change of opinion on the purchase, as long as it is admissible): ALMA GREEN Design will proceed to refund the amount of the returned product, through the same payment method, which the purchase was made by the Client, discounting only the shipping costs of the order initially paid and without being refund latter in the process of returning the product(s) to ALMAGREEN Design.

What is the timeline to make a return?

The return period is 100 business days that will begin to count from the day of the delivery of the order.

How do I return an item to ALMA GREEN Design?

Write us to to inform us about the items you want return and the reason.

To return a product, you just need to place it into the RePack envelop that we used to deliver your package, sticking the return sticker on the outside of it.

You will then need to request the collection of the package at the phone number of our logistics operator or delivering your package in an Access Point of it. The return sticker contains all the information you need. If for some reason you lack the label, write to us at and we will generate one for you.

And if you prefer to use another way of sending, and organize it directly, just let us know by email so we are aware of its arrival.

Can I return any item?

Yes, the product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount according to the payment method made by you, discounting the cost of the return there of. This process can take between 7 and 10 days once the product has arrived at the warehouse and notified to the ALMA GREEN Design team.

Can I change any item?

Yes, but you must request a return and proceed to the purchase again.
